I was recently interviewed by Darise Bennington, the Editor for NZ Lawyer, on the topic of "Leadership During Challenging Times". She was looking for practical tips for leaders to deal with teams facing a gloomy future - particularly the uncertainty that has resulted from the GFC .It turned into quite an expansive conversation, lasting about 2.5 hours.
So the article here is the first of three; the remaining two will come out in upcoming editions of NZ Lawyer
