Personal Introduction: Why do I do what I do?
To release the brilliance with others. It’s that simple.
We’re talking about facilitating high performing individuals and teams, and sustainable business performance. Blending the igniting spark of insight that occurs when individuals (and teams) glimpse their potential and applying the skills to produce the results.
Typically, this requires a combination of insistent challenge and self-honesty; the result: people squarely addressing the boundaries they live within, because they know what lies on the other side.
I’m passionate about providing people managers and teams with the insights, tools and resources they need to invoke a greater sense of capability within others. Together, generating defining moments in their life.
One of the simplest and most powerful catalysts for this is raised energy levels. By focusing on the best of what you have, what works, we get the power to address what doesn’t.
Peter Drucker phrased it well when he said, “The job of a leader is to develop people’s strengths so that their weaknesses become irrelevant.” By applying a variety of strengths-based approaches, we access strong performance within others and ourselves. As a leader you need to know what they are.
It would be a pleasure to share these approaches with you and your teams.
