  • What works today
  • What to avoid if you want to stick to good habits and break bad ones.

What Always Works

This covers the proven ways to build habits that stick. This section will help you master the fundamentals — the tactics and strategies that unite top performers in all fields.

These insights are be backed up with neuroscience – applying multiple activations of our reward system. But it’s not just about theory, these ideas will also be based on life experience - the lessons learned while building new habits in the real world.

What Works Today

This is where we specifically focus on how to build habits in our modern world.

There are so many distractions that interrupt our focus (emails, phone calls, social media updates, YouTube etc). Learning to separate the signal from the noise is a crucial skill in our current world. Developing systems and habits that allow you to focus on things that matter can make the difference between a productive satisfying day and an ineffectual discouraging one.

During this session we’ll cover a variety of tools and strategies so that modern technology works for your habits, not against them. This will include both low tech approaches and optimising computer/smartphones to prevent procrastination and increase productivity.

This session will help you build the systems and habits you need to regain control of your time and energy.

What to Avoid

Here you’ll understand what to avoid if you want to break bad habits and build new lifestyle patterns that actually stick.

We build on what you have learned in session one (fundamentals for building good habits) and flip them around for breaking bad habits. Also, we share come of the common mistakes (and unseen forces) that hold people back from sticking with good behaviours or pull us back into bad habits, again and again… and what to do about it.
